Partner Taxation

Clifford is a partner in the firm’s Tax Department and has over 25 years of experience specializing in taxation. He has been an advisor to businesses on corporate and personal tax planning and compliance, estate planning, the goods and services tax and other sales taxes, as well as international tax matters. He is both a Canadian chartered accountant (C.A.) and a U.S. certified public accountant (C.P.A.).

Throughout Clifford’s career, the diversified nature of his clientele has brought him in touch with a wide spectrum of business enterprises, from small owner-managed businesses to large multinational enterprises. He has also written numerous articles on taxation for various national and international publications and has lectured on taxation on many occasions.
