David has over 25 years of experience managing a successful assurance and business advisory practice and has developed an expertise in various types of businesses and industries. He has gained particular experience dealing with public companies as well as biotechnology and other high technology companies that perform extensive research and development activities.. In addition, David has wide-ranging experience with audit and consulting assignments based on international IFRS standards and has worked on many high profile mandates including due diligences for mergers and acquisitions and banks.

David has written a number of articles and has been a guest lecturer at various universities and community organizations. In addition, he has prepared and presented various seminars for clients and financial institutions on topics such as risk management, differential reporting and financial reporting.
